Mary Jo Silva

 Mary Jo Silva 82, of Versailles, KY - passed away on December 23, 2010. Born June 10, 1928 in Bridgeport, Conn., of the late Jose and Elvira Ferreira Rodrigues. She was raised and attended school in Point Loma. Retired as a executive housekeeper for the Sheridan Corporation.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Jo (Ronnie) Metcalfe, Versailles, KY; a son, John Silva, California; sister Florence Da Luz, Versailles, brother, Manuel (Oliveira) Rodrigues, San Diego; Three grandchildren: Lynne Ward, Greensburg, KY; Michael Metcalfe, Lexington, KY; and Joseph Metcalfe, Versailles; two great-grandchildren: Emma Hatfull and Sarah Metcalfe, Greensburg, KY; two very special nieces: Debra Da Luz, Taylor Nerz and nephew C.J. Nerz, Point Loma, CA.
She was preceded in death by her husband João Da Luz Silva and a brother, Anthony (Maria) Rodrigues.
