Joseph F. Brenha
April 18, 1922 - July 25, 2007

Joseph F. BrenhaJoseph Brenha, born on April 18, 1922, died in his sleep on July 25, 2007. In his early years Joe was a fisherman with the Portuguese fleet. He stopped briefly to go to war in Germany, where his battalion was one of the first to rescue Holocaust victims. He returned to fishing, got married and changed his profession to tugboats where he retired. His sense of humor and knowledge of history will be missed dearly. He is preceded in death by his parents Jose and Palmira, his sister Lucy (Gabe) Rocha, son Joe and loving wife Betty. He is survived by his sister Mary, his daughter Julie, son Jack, stepchildren Kay, Mike, Dave and Scott, three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. There will be a private family service.
