Anyone who has lived in Point Loma and has been involved in the Portuguese-American community there knows who Helen Labruzzi is. Few people, if any, have been more involved in the community organizations for as long as she was. She gave of her time and enery freely and helped out the community whenever she could. Now, she needs our help. It's our turn to give some of our time and energy to help support her.

On Saturday, October 25, 2008, a Spaghetti dinner in her honor will be held at the United Portuguese S.E.S. hall from 4pm - 8pm. Proceeds from the event will be used to pay for Helen's in-home care. For more information, please contact Lynn Guidi.
